Spicy Fish with Dried Lime
Add the onion to the ghee and stir-fry for a few minutes. Just as it begins to soften, add the chili, ginger, garlic and cinnamon and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Pierce the dried limes twice with a skewer and add them to the pan. Add the sugar and the chopped tomatoes to the pan and pour in roughly 2/3 cup water on top.
